Jungian Roots Healing Journey & Calling

The Mandala and The Self
The mandala is a Jungian symbol of the Self — the organizing center of the psyche and the deeper wholeness we grow into through healing, integration, and conscious inner work.
Early Curiosity and Psychological Calling
From childhood, I was fascinated by mythology, symbolism, and the invisible forces shaping human experience. As I grew older, my curiosity turned inward, not only toward my own inner world, but toward the emotional and psychological lives of others. I found myself observing people’s outer behavior while intuitively sensing the inner experiences beneath the surface.
This curiosity led me to my first professional role as a mental health worker at Austin State Hospital, where I worked with adults living with chronic psychiatric conditions. Later, I worked in a private psychiatric hospital with adolescents, deepening my understanding of trauma, identity, emotional pain, and resilience.

Clinical, Medical and Humanitarian Experience
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center and worked with psychiatric adults, substance abuse patients, and medical patients. Over time, my path expanded beyond clinical care into a broader humanitarian and global context.

I later earned a Master of Arts in International Relations and Human Rights from the University of Denver. My work has brought me into contact with people across a wide socio-economic and cultural spectrum, from private healthcare facilities in the United States to individuals living in refugee camps in remote regions of the world.

These experiences taught me two profound truths:
-
Human suffering follows universal emotional patterns
-
Each person’s psyche, history, and healing path remains uniquely their own

My Jungian Awakening and Language of the Unconscious
During graduate school, my unconscious opened in a powerful way. I began experiencing vivid dreams, emotional material long buried, and intuitive insights that demanded attention. This marked the beginning of my Jungian journey.

I entered Jungian analysis, collaborated with fellow Jungian practitioners, and began learning the symbolic language of dreams, archetypes, and unconscious communication. My immersion in unconscious material became so deep that I incorporated it into my graduate thesis, which explored the influence of the unconscious in international relationships, a bridge between psyche, power, and human behavior on a collective scale.

My Inner Child Healing Journey
Like many, I carried an inner child wound that I once believed could never be healed. For years, I expected to live with emotional pain, abandonment fear, and repeated disappointing relationship patterns.

But healing was possible.

Through a process guided by my unconscious, my intuition, and a willingness to surrender ego control, I experienced deep and permanent transformation. My realizations came not only through effort, but through dreams, insight, synchronicities, and inner guidance. In many ways, I DIY’d my inner child healing, learning directly from the unconscious while piecing together what no one had explained clearly before.

What I discovered was this:
Healing is ultimately an inside job, but having a guide who can illuminate the next step can change everything.
That is what I now offer others.

Why I Share This Work
Over the years, I read countless books, attended therapy, and explored many modalities, yet no one simplified healing into clear, compassionate, and actionable steps. So I created the roadmap I wish I’d been given.

Today, I passionately share a simplified, Jungian-informed healing pathway for those ready to transform emotional wounds, relationship patterns, and their sense of Self.

My work sits at the intersection of:
-
Jungian depth psychology
-
unconscious healing
-
intuitive pattern recognition
-
trauma and relationship repair
-
inner child integration
-
and Self-realization
